This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit rangeoperations.com, use the Range Master - Danger Zone mobile app, or engage our services. We take privacy seriously, especially given the sensitive operational details our clients share with us.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit a contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, organization, state, deadline, and a basic description of your requirement.
Automatically collected information
When you visit our public website, our hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring site, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to maintain site security, understand aggregate site use, and improve our public marketing.
Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” We disable Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals. Page locations sent to Analytics omit query strings. Contact-form contents, facility details, searches, coordinates, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and free-text messages are not sent to Google Analytics.

How We Protect Sensitive Facility Information
We treat range, facility, and operational information as confidential. Sensitive details such as exact firing positions, security configurations, personnel rosters, or any non-public operational data shared with us are not used for marketing or analytics, are not shared with third parties without your written authorization, and are stored using industry-standard security practices. Federal and law enforcement client information is held to additional confidentiality standards as required by the engagement.

The Range Master App
This section applies to the Range Master - Danger Zone app for iPhone and iPad.
Location
If you grant permission, the app uses your device's location to place your firing point on the map and to show local daylight, sun position, and weather. Location is processed on your device; coordinates are sent only to our map-tile and weather providers to load imagery and conditions for the area you are viewing. We do not build a history of where you go.
Ranges you save
Saved ranges, shooter names you enter, round counts, and berm logs are stored on your device. If you create an account and enable cloud sync, that data is also stored in our cloud database so you can access it across your devices. We do not sell it, mine it, or share it — the confidentiality standard described above for facility information applies equally to app data.
Accounts
Cloud sync requires an account using your email address and an encrypted credential. You can request deletion of your account and synced data at any time through the contact form below.
Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment card details. We receive only your subscription status (active or not) from Apple and our subscription-management provider so the app can unlock Premium features.
Service providers
The app relies on a small set of processors to function: Apple (payments and Sign in with Apple), a subscription-status service, a cloud database for synced data, and satellite map-tile and weather providers. Each receives only what it needs to provide its function, under confidentiality obligations.
No ads, no data sales
The app contains no third-party advertising or Google Analytics, and we do not sell, rent, or trade any information collected by the app.
Cookies and Tracking
The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate reporting and, with your approval, Google Analytics cookies for site-use and campaign reporting. You can decline Google Analytics or change your selection at any time through the Privacy choices control. Private applications and operational workspaces are excluded from this website analytics setup.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or as documented in your engagement agreement. After that period, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
